  • PA configuration

  • Stage layout planning

  • Mic placement

  • Basic live‑mixing support (up to 2 hours)

Add‑Ons:

  • Full Event Mixing (3–6 hrs): +$150 – $300

  • Additional Engineer/Assistant: +$100

  • Wireless Mic / IEM Setup: +$50 – $150

  • Travel Fee (outside Odessa/Midland): $0.60 per mile

Typical Total: $350 – $700 depending on event size.
